School Fees
Application Fee – $100
Administrative fee for new student applications. Payable online.
Registration Fee – $1,000
Due upon enrollment and each year thereafter. The amount is announced in January and payable by March 1st to reserve a place for the following school year.
Wildshaw Foundation – $2,000
Parents are asked to make an annual tax-deductible contribution to the Wildshaw Foundation, an IRS approved non-profit that supports the enrollment of eligible students from low-income families, helps maintain a more representative student body, and supports Woodside program improvements.
New International Student Fee – $4,000
Administrative fee for newly accepted international applicants, required for the school’s issuance of an I-20. Students are responsible for paying any required I.N.S. fees, including the SEVIS I-901 fee. $3,400 of this amount may be refunded under certain conditions if the student is denied a visa.
Payment Policy
Payments are due on the 1st of the month and must be received by the 5th to avoid late charges. You will receive a bill two weeks in advance of each due date. Wire Payments can be made directly to the school’s bank account for an additional charge of $30. Or you can pay with a credit card or PayPal (there is a 3% surcharge for online payments to cover bank fees).
Refunds
The school makes absolutely no refunds on tuition payments.
Students who pay the $4,000 International Student application fee may request a partial refund if their student visa is denied. The school will remit a partial refund of $3,400 provided the student complies with all of the following requirements:
- Return the original I-20 to the school;
- Show proof of denial from U.S. Immigration;
- Write a letter to the school requesting the refund;
- Present these materials within 3 months of the date of issue on the I-20 Form.
Midyear Enrollment
Tuition and some fees are prorated according to enrollment date.
Scholarships & Tuition Discounts
The Wildshaw Foundation offers a limited number of scholarships to help families afford a Woodside education.
