Our Program

Inquiring Scholars. Healthy Individuals. Contributing Citizens.

Curriculum Overview

  • Our general education program meets and exceeds both the UC and CSU entrance requirements. Our College Counselor meets with students on an ongoing basis to help them navigate the challenging college entrance requirements.
  • Classes are small, ensuring that all students receive one-on-one attention. Teachers also have scheduled tutorials, so that students can get work done at school and receive extra help as needed.
  • As educators, our goal is to ensure that each one of our students progresses academically, socially, and personally. We realize that for real learning to take place, students require individual attention and a degree of personal freedom.
  • We have intentionally maintained Woodside as a small school with one of the best student to teacher ratios in the Bay Area, ensuring that students have the support and space to develop their strengths.
  • By practicing a variety of skills, such as organization, communication, research, problem solving, decision-making, and other study skills, our students learn how to succeed in the academic world while also preparing themselves for the outside world and a successful future.
