Payment Policy
Payments are due on the 1st of the month and must be received by the 5th to avoid late charges. You will receive a bill two weeks in advance of each due date. Wire Payments can be made directly to the school’s bank account for an additional charge of $30. Or you can pay with a credit card or PayPal (there is a 3% surcharge for online payments to cover bank fees).

Refunds
The school makes absolutely no refunds on tuition payments or most fees.

Students who pay the $4,000 International Student application fee may request a partial refund if their student visa is denied. The school will remit a partial refund of $3,400 provided the student complies with all of the following requirements:

  • Return the original I-20 to the school;
  • Show proof of denial from U.S. Immigration;
  • Write a letter to the school requesting the refund;
  • Present these materials within 3 months of the date of issue on the I-20 Form.
